General Information
Withdrawals can be made during banking hours provided they do not exceed the effective margin in the client’s daily statement report.
Withdrawal Steps

Client opens the withdrawal menu in their live trading account and submits a withdrawal request according to applicable terms.

Client fills in the withdrawal request form.
Destination Account Terms
Withdrawals can only be transferred to an account under the client’s name listed in the Account Opening Application Document.
Processing Time
Standard withdrawal processing takes three business days (T+3), but PT. Solid Gold Berjangka strives to process within one business day (T+1).
